	Elbert de Josselin de Jong   Co-founder and director of Inspektor Research Systems. Elbert studied physics at the University of Groningen and conferred his doctor's degree on the measurement of mineral content of dental enamel. Elbert is responsible for the dental research and development of new innovative dental diagnostic instruments and of in-vitro & in-situ caries research tools in the laboratory.
	Elbert Waller  Co-founder and director of Inspektor Research Systems. Studied physics and IT in Groningen but only managed to finish the art school there. Worked in the computer graphics section of the Technical University of Delft before founding Inspektor with his cousin Elbert de Josselin de Jong. Responsible for IRS's medical products (POLY, PDMS and Transistor) and general management.
	Anneke Hartmans Apart from the founders, Anneke is the most senior employee of Inspektor and its absolute mainstay. Running Inspektors unruly organisation, Anneke is responsible for almost everything ranging from bookkeeping to the design of the company's logo. Anneke detests amateur design and declines all responsibility for any web-page not designed by her. Besides her work at Inspektor, Anneke also manages her private graphical design company Watermerk.
	Monique van der Veen Studied physics at the University of Groningen and did her PhD on the quantification of root caries lesions. As a Postdoc, she joined Indiana University in Indianapolis where she performed research work with and on QLF. Got addicted there and decided to join Inspektor July 1997. Managed, executed and analyzed the first medium sized clinical trial with QLF and is currently working on the development of QLF clinical methodology as well as participating in research with ACTA, Amsterdam and coordinating clinical trials all over the world
