Planboard

The planboard provides an overview of the current patient population and the distribution of patient responsibility over the current staff.
As part of the installation of PDMS, the planboard is adapted to the local situation (number of beds, floor-plan, name and logo of the unit).
The local system manager can take care of entering personnel data to PDMS.
The planboard is also the gateway to all the other functionality of PDMS.

Diary

Clicking the diary can start virtually any diary program that can be used to schedule appointments and tasks.
Default, PDMS comes with a simple dayplanner. This has proven to be an effective program for keeping track of appointments, tasks and telephone numbers.
However, the configuration menu allows the system manager to link PDMS to your own preferred diary program.
